01Pricing

Cheaper by the minute, and it shows up on the invoice.

Most platforms buy their speech engines wholesale and sell them to you with a margin on top. We run ours, so there is no middle layer to pay for. You are billed for connected call minutes and nothing else — no seats, no per-agent licence, no charge for a number sitting idle.

No reseller in the middle

Transcription and voices run on our own hardware rather than being bought from a vendor and resold to you at a margin. That margin is most of what a voice minute costs elsewhere.

Metered by the minute

The meter runs while a call is connected and stops when it ends. An agent sitting on a number waiting for the phone to ring costs nothing.

Invoiced monthly

One invoice at the end of the month for the minutes that actually ran. No annual commitment to get started, no platform fee before the first call.

No per-seat charge

Add your whole team to the organization — engineers, ops, whoever needs to read a transcript. The bill tracks call volume, not headcount.

Or bring your own accounts

Prefer a vendor you already have a contract with? Point an agent at your own model or voice keys and pay them directly. Per agent, and reversible whenever.

Rates are set per account during early access.

We are onboarding a handful of teams at a time and pricing against real call volume rather than a guess. Tell us roughly how many minutes a month you expect and we will quote it straight.

02Getting live

Days, not a quarter.

We take on a few teams at a time so the first real calls get watched by someone who built the thing. That is the whole onboarding.

Day one

A call, not a form

You describe the job. We tell you plainly whether it is inside what the platform does today, and what it would take if it is not.

Day two

The agent exists

Prompt or flow, voice chosen, tools wired to your endpoints. You talk to it from the console over the real pipeline before a number is involved.

Day three

It answers a number

A number points at the agent — ours, or your own trunk. Real calls, watched. This is where turn-taking gets tuned to how your callers actually speak.

Week one

You are reading transcripts

Post-call fields land on your webhook, recordings and transcripts are searchable, and the changes stop being ours to make.

We are onboarding teams one at a time so we can watch the first real calls with you. Tell us what the agent needs to do and we will tell you honestly whether it is ready for it.
