Use case

AI appointment booking that works on a phone call.

The agent finds a slot, books it, calls back to confirm and rings the ones that go quiet. It does this by calling tools in your systems during the call, not by guessing from its prompt.

Booking during the call

An agent can be given tools: functions that reach your own systems while the call is live. For scheduling that means looking up availability, creating the booking and reading it back to the caller, so the answer reflects your actual calendar.

Confirmations and reminders

Booking is half the job. The same agent can ring the day before to confirm, offer to move the appointment, and follow up with people who did not answer. If a machine picks up it can leave a short message instead.

Structured results for your systems

After each call, the details the agent collected can be extracted into structured fields and sent to your systems, so the outcome lands in your records rather than only in a recording.

When a person should step in

Unusual requests can be transferred to staff, cold or warm, with the context the agent already gathered.

Cost

Calls are billed per connected minute, $0.045 to $0.135 per connected minute. A short booking call costs a few cents; the calculator shows the figure for your average call length.

Questions

Which calendars does it work with?
The agent calls whatever functions you define, so any system with an API can be connected. We do not claim built-in connectors beyond what is documented in the console.
Can it reschedule as well as book?
Yes, if you give it a tool that moves or cancels a booking. The agent can only do what its tools allow.
